From May 25-28, the School of Economics and Social Welfare of our university organized a team of teachers to provide e-commerce training on digital culture and tourism for the Third Daguanshan Peach Culture Festival and the Gifts of Nature from Ancient Liangzhu City in Pingyao Town. The team carried out this e-commerce training on digital culture and tourism by centering on the theme of “Ancient Liangzhu City, Gifts of Nature”, covered the contents from currently popular new media live streaming and short video operation to actual live stream sales skills, to help farmers publicize, promote and sell agricultural and tourism products, and make the brand of “Gifts of Nature” of Pingyao well-known, promote new consumption of culture and tourism, drive the development of local agriculture and tourism economy. The three-day training included “Introduction and Industry Overview on Short Video Platform”, “Operation and Planning of Short Video Account”, and “Short Video Script Creation and Writing”, “Short Video Shooting and Post Editing” and “How to Create a Successful Live Broadcast”, which combined theories and practice and were very useful and practical. After the training, the students said they had gained a lot. They had their TikTok accounts, improved the production quality of their videos, and were able to speak with fervor and assurance in front of a live camera.
