Tang Lingling, a professor
Tang Lingling, female, a doctor, a chief physician, a doctoral supervisor, a professor. She has been engaged in clinical and basic research on prevention and control of infectious diseases and infectious disease hospital infection, especially that of drug-resistance bacteria for more than 20 years, with equivalent clinical experience in fever diagnosis and treatment, drug-resistance bacteria infection and new sudden infectious disease diagnosis and treatment.
She has undertaken the “13thfive-year-plan” major special project by Ministry of Science and Technology, i.e.,Research on New Technology and New Scheme for Rescue of Sudden Acute Severe Respiratory Infectious Diseases, and has hosted many sub-projects of National Natural Science Foundation and emergency projects by Ministry of Science and Technology. She participated in the medical unit to fight against Ebola as the first batch of local medical workers in 2015, and worked as the group leader of the infection supervision group, and ensured no infection of the medical unit. Her medical team rescued patients of H7N9 flu in 2015 and reduced the fatality rate to 5%. She participated in the formulation of theDiagnosis and Treatment Scheme for Human Infected H7N9 Bird Flue(the 1stedition of 2017) by National Health and Family Planning Commission in our country, and was one of the winners of “the special prize in National Scientific and Technological Progress of 2017” withMajor Innovation and Technical Breakthrough for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases Represented by Human Infected H7N9 Bird Flu.
She went to Wuhan together with Academician Li Lanjuan for three times in 2020, to participate in study and judge of COVID-19 epidemic conditions, and rescued severe and critical patients in Wuhan. With diagnosis and treatment technologies of artificial liver, micro-ecology and uterine blood stem cells, she hosted clinical research on COVID-19 of Stage 1, and many of her research achievements were published in domestic and foreign periodicals. The health code tagging engine that she participated in research has been widely applied, to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic conditions with big data. In addition, she organized to develop the clinical auxiliary decision-making system for diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.

Wei Siming, a professor
Wei Siming, male, born in August, 1971, graduated from Medical College of Zhejiang University in 2005, a doctor of surgery with the diploma (academic degree, Ph.D). He studied in urinary surgery of Medical College of Katholic University of Louvain (No. 48 in Thames Higher Education Global University List of 2019) during February 2006 – December, 2007 as a postdoctor. He acquired Zhejiang “Qianjiang talent plan” project in 2009, and was selected into the third-layer cultivated personnel of Zhejiang New Era “151 talent engineering” in the same year, and passed the comprehensive appraisal in 2014. He issued 14 SCI papers as the first author (including 5 TOP periodical papers), with accumulated influencing factor of 46.093. The influencing factor of each paper is about 3.292, and the highest influencing factor of a single paper is 6.312. He hosted projects such as Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation and Zhejiang “Qianjiang talent plan”, and participated in National Natural Science Foundation Project as a main member.
