Proposed by Zhejiang Ministry of Education and launched by Zhejiang Industry and Commerce University and Zhejiang University, Qiantang River Finance Harbor Higher Education Alliance was a non-profit opened, non-legal person alliance composed voluntarily by some universities, guilds and financial institutes of Zhejiang. The alliance encouraged members to develop cooperation of many methods, and explored university-university, university-enterprise, university-institute, university-government and university-local cooperation mechanisms on aspects of talent cultivation, teaching team, discipline construction, scientific research, high-end finance think tank construction and international exchange, to cultivate more excellent financial talents for Qiantang River Finance Harbor and provide intelligence support by making full use of features and advantages of universities, colleges and financial institutions of Zhejiang. 28 financial related universities and colleges including our university and enterprises of finance industry such as Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Industry and Commerce University, Ant Financial Services Group, Bank of Hangzhou and Zhejiang Finance Society became the first batch of alliance units.

Providing services to development of the local finance industry in Zhejiang, the alliance conformed to the positioning of our university of cultivating applied talents. Our university can strengthen exchange with local governments and enterprises by taking the alliance as the platform, to give full play to the active roles of the platform in cultivation of financial talents of our university.
