Our university’s Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Artificial Intelligence was invited to attend the forum. Chen Chaoxiang, Executive Deputy Director of the Institute and Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information Science and Technology, participated in the event.
The forum focused on key topics including breakthroughs and roadmap exploration in artificial intelligence technology, security risks and regulatory governance, as well as application case studies and future prospects. The event was attended by Ms. Huang Ru, Member of the Leading Party Members Group of the National Development and Reform Commission; Oleg Kopylov, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization; Zhang Gong, Mayor of Tianjin; government officials from SCO member states including Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan; and representatives from the AI industry and academia.
The forum provided a valuable opportunity to showcase our university’s research achievements in the application of artificial intelligence in traditional Chinese medicine, healthcare, medical services, and remote sensing. It will also further promote multi-party collaboration among universities, government departments, and enterprises, jointly advancing research and application of artificial intelligence in various industries.
