In order to implement the spirit of Guiding Opinions on Promoting the 1+X Certificate System Pilot Work (JZCTH No. [2019] 19) and promote the implementation of the vocational skill rating certificate of e-commerce data analysis, School of Information Science and Technology organized 115 students of E-commerce Specialty to participate in the first exam of the vocational skill rating certificate of e-commerce data analysis (primary level and intermediate level) of 2020 on July 4. The exam was deployed by the training evaluation organization, i.e., Beijing Bodao Qiancheng Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Our university was one of the points of the “1+X” Vocational Skill Rating Certificate of E-commerce Data Analysis, and leaders of the university and Department of Academic Affairs laid great emphasis on the organization of the exam, and gave whole-course guidance to the exam. The School of Information Science and Technology established an exam work group, to organize the exam strictly according to the procedures under the guidance of Beijing Bodao Qiancheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., to finish all works related to the exam including field arrangement, exam affairs organization, pre-exam training and simulation of students with limited period. Inspectors from Hangzhou Electronic Science and Technology University and Bodao Company conducted inspection to the whole exam.

The 1+X certificate system integrated the academic certificate and the vocational skill rating certificate, to encourage students to master diversified vocational skills, and was an important system design to implement foundational tasks of education and deepen industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation. The data analysis vocation is a new vocation emerging with the development of the digital economic industry. Data analysis works run through all-chain posts such as e-commerce product purchase, visual design, online store sales, marketing, customer services and logistics management, which has been a core ability among all posts of e-commerce enterprises. The rating certificate of vocational skills of e-commerce data analysis is designed with the idea of “precious, deep and new”, which lays emphasis on cultivating students’ ideas, procedures, methods and skills to solve problem aiming at practical working sceneries, to meet the demands on applied talents for enterprises.

In recent years, the School of Information Science and Technology has vigorously developed the construction of the new engineering specialties and has kept improving deep cooperation with leading enterprises of the information industry on aspects of practice teaching bases, new technology courses and 1+X vocational certificate and has conducted industry-education cooperation by introducing vocational skill certificates such as the “application and development of the intelligent computing platform” and the “network system construction and operation maintenance” by Huawei company and the “e-commerce data analysis” by Bodao Company. School of Information Science and Technology has integrated them into talent cultivation schemes of related specialties, to optimize course setting and teaching contents, so as to achieve integration of courses and certificates, to improve applied talent cultivation in an applicable and targeted way.
