On September 6, 2019, Chen Xinmin, Vice Principal of Zhejiang Shuren University, met with a group of seven members including David Firmin, a member of Royal College of Radiologists (Great Britain) and lifetime professor of Imperial College London, and Jon Storm-Mathisen, a member of Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters and senior professor of Faculty of Medicine, Universitetet i Oslo. Both sides discussed the cooperation in neuroscience, medical imaging technology and artificial intelligence projects.

The delegation also visited the School of Information Science and Technology and the Schoolof Health and Social Management and held meetings with representatives of teachers.
