On December 5, 2018, Yuka Sato, Associate Professor of Japanese Urasenke schools, held a Japanese tea ceremony experience lecture at the tea culture laboratory of Zhejiang Shuren University.
She explained the basic knowledge and etiquette of the Japanese tea ceremony, and the history and essence of the Urasenke tea ceremony, then demonstrated the steps of the Japanese tea preparing, and taught how to make Japanese matcha.
Under the guidance of Professor Yuka Sato, the students attending the lecture made the matcha by hand by groups and had a taste.
