From November 28 to December 5, 2018, Yasuaki OSHIMA, a Japanese Tangetsu tea ceremony professor, came to Zhejiang Shuren University to teach the students majoring in international economy and trade (tea culture) of the School of Modern Service and teach the Japanese tea ceremony knowledge, tea ceremony spirit and unique Tangetsu tea ceremony skills.
During his visit to Hangzhou, Yasuaki OSHIMA also participated in the Fifth China Tea Olympic Games and the China Tea Food Technology Summit Forum.
Yasuaki OSHIMA is the grandson of Meigetsu TANGE, the late founder of Tangetsu tea ceremony in Japan. Since being a visiting professor of Zhejiang Shuren University in 1992, Meigetsu TANGE has persisted in teaching in Hangzhou every year and participated in various tea culture exchange activities, making indelible contributions to Sino-Japanese tea culture exchange and the development of tea culture specialty of Zhejiang Shuren University.
Yasuaki OSHIMA came to Hangzhou to inherit the tea ceremony spirit of Meigetsu TANGE.
