Faculty Member from the School of Humanities and Foreign Languages Attended a Top-tier International Academic Conference in Applied Linguistics and Delivered an Academic Report

From March 21 to 24, the 2026 Annual Conference of the American Association for Applied Linguistics (AAAL), a top-tier global academic event in the field of applied linguistics, was held in Chicago, the United States. Dr. Hang Yajing, a faculty member from the Department of English of the School of Humanities and Foreign Languages of our university, attended the conference and delivered an academic report on her paper. She engaged in scholarly discussions with leading experts from around the world to explore the frontiers of the discipline, fully demonstrating the research capabilities and academic excellence of our university’s young faculty members, while further enhancing the university’s visibility and influence in the international applied linguistics community.
