[Specialty advantages] It is the only executive committee member of Asia housecraft in mainland China, a leading university of “quality improvement and content expansion” in home service industry of National Development and Reform Commission and the leading unit of “Zhejiang housecraft service industry industry-education integration alliance” of the “five one-batch” construction of Zhejiang; it is the earliest undergraduate university to establish the housecraft specialty in China, with significant leading advantages in Zhejiang. The Housecraft Specialty is established based on featured advantages such as social work specialties, as well as psychology, management and nursing, with interdisciplinary features. More than 70% of the teachers of the specialty are doctors, overseas returnees and specialized teachers with high professional titles. The specialty has teachers with both theoretical and practical teaching skills.
