[Specialty advantages] The specialty has a teaching team integrated with university, political and enterprise cooperation. Many of the teachers of the specialty have experience in studying abroad, and master advanced knowledge about logistics and supply chain management. The teaching team has hosted more than 10 provincial scientific research projects during the recent 5 years, and has issued many academic thesis in SCI, SSCI and domestic core periodicals. The specialty lays emphasis on cultivation of practical and innovative abilities of students, and has established more than 10 practice bases such as Alibaba, Jingdong logistics, Transfer Logistics, Int’l Logistics and Shaoxing Keqiao Cross-border E-commerce comprehensive pilot area, and has set the 3D innovation and entrepreneurship platforms (campus practice base + campus student innovation studio + campus entrepreneurship incubator + campus practice laboratory), to construct the diversified and all-round practice course system. The students of the specialty have won more than 10 prizes in various types of discipline competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship ability competitions in recent years.

[Employment orientation] Students can work on logistics product managers, logistics system planning and management, logistics data analysis, e-commerce data exploration, purchase management and supply chain management in fields such as Internet, new retail, (cross-border) e-commerce, supply chain management and consultation, intelligent manufacturing, product circulation, transportation (especially systems related to customs, civil aviation, port and shipping, railway, roads and postal service) as well as governmental departments.
