The 4thsession of the 5thdirector’s meeting and the 11thZhejiang Exhibition Lecture held by Zhejiang International Meeting and Exhibition Industry Association were held in Hangzhou in the afternoon of April 16. Han Jie, deputy Secretary of the leading Party group of Ministry of Commerce of Zhejiang, deputy director-general and first-class inspector, attended the meeting and gave a speech. More than 80 people including principals of competent departments of the Ministry, chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and representatives of council members attended the meeting.The signing and awarding ceremony for Zhejiang exhibition industry integration base was held at the meeting, and Miao Sen, vice-dean of College of Economics and People’s Well-being, and Ren Tongqi, deputy director of Tourism and Exhibition Department, attended the signing ceremony.
Zhejiang Exhibition Industry Integration Base was the first provincial exhibition industry-education integration base in our country jointly launched by Zhejiang International Meting Exhibition Industry Society and related universities and colleges. With common objectives of “coordinative education, operation and innovation” and the features of digital exhibition, county exhibition, exhibition cities and exhibition countries, it promotes to form comprehensive industry-education-research cooperation mechanism, to build Zhejiang as the place for gathered exhibition and innovation talents in our country. Our university is one of the first batch of universities of exhibition industry integration bases in Zhejiang, which reflects the popularity and influences of Exhibition Economics and Management Specialty of our university.
