The 2^ndMember Representative Conference and the 1^stConference of the 2^ndBoard of Directors of Research Society of Tea Culture of Gongshu District was held recently. The Constitutions of conference of the Research Society of Tea Culture of Gongshu District (draft amendment) was deliberated and approved on the conference. Besides, chairman of the 2^ndboard of directors, vice-chairman, secretary-general, standing directors and directors were elected. Professor Zhu Hongying of our university was elected as the vice-chairman of the 2^ndboard of directors.

The Tea Culture teaching team of our College participated in research and publicity of tea culture, spreading and popularity of tea knowledge and development of diversified types of tea activities since the establishment of the Research Society of Tea Culture of Gongshu District. The Tea Culture teaching team of our College held “the 1^stTea Culture Products Expo” of 2015, the 2^ndTea Culture Innovative Products Expo and Shuren Tea Culture Anniversary Celebration of 2017, the 4^thTea Art Review Technique Contest of Gongshu District of 2017. In addition, the Tea Culture teaching team also worked together with Shanxian Community to establish projects such as Tea Art Society for students of Shuren University. Providing services based on the campus and cultivating specialized talents for regional tea culture enterprises, the Tea Culture teaching team of our College made positive contributions to advocacy of tea culture of Gongshu District, popularizing tea knowledge and cultivating related talents, to achieve “the national drink of tea and the tea’s capital of Hangzhou”.
