The 7thModern Service Industry Development Forum and the 2ndChina Electronic Commerce Forum were held in Hangzhou in the afternoon of June 16. The forum was sponsored by Zhejiang Modern Service Industry Research Center of our university, the “Big data + cross-border e-commerce” innovative team (Professor Ma Shuzhong studio) of Zhejiang University and China Cross-border E-commerce Research Institute of Zhejiang University, with the theme of “credit assessment method for cross-border e-commerce”. Totally 40 people from universities and colleges such as Zhejiang University, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou Normal University and Urban Institute of Zhejiang University, as well as institutes such as Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce, Zhejiang Credential Center, Zhejiang Business Research Institute and Shanghai Stock Exchange attended the forum.
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in our country, the importance of operation risk warning and prevention of cross-border e-commerce was increasingly prominent, and credit assessment was an important part of risk prevention. The research about credit assessment of cross-border e-commerce just started, and the round-table conference mode was adopted to conduct in-depth discussion on the emerging topic. Researcher Xu Deshun from Credit Research Institute of Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce, Researcher Wang Ningjiang, director of Zhejiang Credential Center, Researcher Zhang Handong, dean of Zhejiang Business Research Institute, Professor Ke Konglin, Vice-dean of College of Economics and Finance of Zhejiang Industry and Commerce University, and Professor Ye Qian, director of Department of Credit Management of College of Economics and Finance of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, gave speeches about application of the fuzzy mathematical method in cross-border e-commerce credit assessment, boundary for public credit information of cross-border e-commerce, construction of Zhejiang credit system, subjects of cross-border e-commerce assessment and frequently asked questions about cross-border e-commerce credit assessment. The experts and scholars attending the forum conducted exchange and in-depth research based on their experience, with active academic atmosphere.
The forum was vigorously supported by academic periodicals such asJournal of International Trade,Finance and Trade Research,International Business Research,Zhejiang Economyand journal of our university.
