Tong Hua Shun Financial Information Service School jointly constructed by School of Modern Service Industry of our university and Zhejiang Tong Hua Shun Financial Network Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Straight Flush) was established in the afternoon of May 24. Zhang Qing, the secretary of the Party committee of the university, Ye Shiping, vice-president of the university, Wu Qiang, CEO and a director of Tong Hua Shun Company, Li Chengjun, director of the Financial Data Center, Zhang Xiaowei, director of the Department of University Affairs, as well as principals of the Department of Academic Affairs and School of Modern Service Industry attended the establishment ceremony.

On the establishment ceremony, Wu Qiang, CEO and a director of Tong Hua Shun Company, and Zhang Yazhen, secretary of the Party committee of School of Modern Service Industry, gave excellent speeches about the development trend of the Internet financial industry and the university-enterprise cooperation history of School of Modern Service Industry. As a local listed company of Hangzhou, Tong Hua Shun Company was a stronger performer of the financial information industry in our country. With development of more than 20 years, the company had the most complete product lines in the industry, with market share in the domestic securities exchange system of 95% as the most influencing leader in the industry in our country. According to them, university-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration were important means for cultivation of applied talents. Colleges and universities had complete theoretical teaching system and teaching strength and enterprises were more alert on market talent demands and social resource reservation, the cooperation of both parties would realize win-win results between colleges and enterprises with “mutual complementary advantages, shared resources, mutual benefits and common development”. After that, Li Chengjun, director of the Financial Data Center, and Vice-president Huang Qiubo of School of Modern Service Industry signed the cooperation agreement of Tong Hua Shun Financial Information Service School.

After that, Secretary Zhang Qing and President Wu Qiang unveiled the plate for Tong Hua Shun Financial Information Service School. Zhang Qing placed great hopes on cooperation between both parties. He had a funny metaphor that Tong Hua Shun Company was a hand of cards and Zhejiang Shuren University was a good person, and both parties would realize the win-win result with in-depth cooperation.

Ye Shiping read the appointment document of the teachers of Tong Hua Shun Financial Information Service School. He affirmed the construction of Tong Hua Shun Financial Information Service School for promotion of industry schools in our university, and put forward the expectation for subsequent development of the school. Wang Shijun, President of Hangzhou Pangu Asset Management Co., Ltd., the representative of t school fellows, and representatives of students of the school gave speeches.

Related departments of the university offered great support to construction of the schhol, and students were active to apply for the two fields of Financial Data Analysis and Financial Product Marketing. More than 140 students applied for the industry school.
