In order to give full play to the advantages of the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering and Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication, promote and innovate new forms of social and economic development in Zhejiang Province with the help of digital technology, and thus to serve the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and achieve the development concept of opportunity sharing, mutual support, common growth and win-win cooperation, through friendly negotiation between both parties, on March 27, the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering and Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the conference room of the Association. The attendees the signing ceremony of this agreement included Vice President Ye Shiping, Director Jin Jinbiao, Dean Lu Yin, and Professor Lin Xiangen, as well as Chen Yingli, President of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication and Vice Chairman of Shangcheng District Association for Science and Technology, and Yuan Na, Member of CPPCC Shangcheng District Committee.

According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate on the upgradation of the digital management of chemicals; establishment of a large instrument sharing platform; communication of digital enabling technology; environmental governance and remote detection; in indoor environment transformation and intelligent improvement, as well as training and supplying talents for the members of the association, and will also jointly establish "Digital + Science and Technology Service Transformation Promotion Center of the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering and Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication". The members of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication will invest RMB 10 million, and the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering of our university will invest necessary places and scientific and educational personnel, in order to set up the "Center".

At the signing ceremony of the agreement, Vice President Ye Shiping, on behalf of our university, congratulated the establishment of the "Digital + Science and Technology Service Transformation Promotion Center of the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering and Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Communication", and hoped to take this opportunity to strengthen the cooperation between both parties and energize the social and economic construction of Zhejiang Province, especially to serve the economic transformation and upgrading of the members of the Association, and thus tocomplete our work of application-oriented university construction better.
