On December 30th, the 13th China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Conference sponsored by China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association was held in Beijing. Leaders, experts and scholars from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other relevant national ministries and commissions and scientific research institutes, and more than 1,500 representatives engaged in Industry-University-Research Cooperation across the country attended the conference.Wan Gang, Vice Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, Chen Zhili, Former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and Wang Qinmin, Vice Chairman of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Xin Guobin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Hou Zengqian, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Deputy Director of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and He Defang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhou Li, Former Vice Deputy Director of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice President of the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament, Lei Chaozi, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education, and Chen Hongsheng, Second-level Inspector of the Department of Achievement Transformation and Regional Innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Qi Xiangdong, Founder of 360 Group and Chairman of QI-ANXIN Technology Group and other leaders and entrepreneur representatives attended the conference and delivered speeches.
At the conference, the research achievement of"Research and Application of Key Technologies for Improving the Quality of Rice Wine"led by the Senior Engineer Xie Guangfa of our university through cooperation with Jiangnan University, Zhejiang Guyue Longshan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd., Kuaijishan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd., and National Shaoxing Wine Engineering Technology Research Center,in which Zhejiang Shuren University served as the first party completing the project, was awardedthe second prize of the Innovation Achievements Award of China's Industry-University-Research Cooperation in 2019.This is also one of the landmark achievements of the integration ofindustry and education of the Shaoxing Rice Wine School.
The award was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Office for Science and Technology Awards, supported by 24 national ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission, and established and issued by the China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association to commend advanced or ganizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the innovative work of industry-university-research cooperation.The award-winning results are determined through the procedures such as recommendation, application, expert review, publicity, and approval, in accordance with theRegulations on National Awards for Science and Technologyand theEvaluation Methods of the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion Award of theChina Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association. It is the highest honorary award for industry-university-research collaborative innovation, with the qualification of selecting excellent projects and recommending for the three major national science and technology awards to the National Office for Science and Technology Awards.
With the rapid development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in large scale, the organizational form of research and development and industrialization is also being reconstructed. All the links of the innovation chain are interacting each other, the main body of innovation is constantly moving towards cross-industry integration, and innovation activities continue to break through the boundary of geography and organization.Since being approved as one of the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects by the Ministry of Education at the end of 2017, the Shaoxing Rice Wine School has striven to build an ecosystem of the integration of industry and education and the collaboration ofindustry,university and research. On the occasion of the launch of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the industry school will continue to take a long-term perspective andoptimize the allocation of innovative resources, promote the accumulation of innovative elements, and stimulate innovation potential based on local resources!
