The “Sino-Belarusian Academic Exchange Conference on Intelligent Computing of Image and Medical Applications” Held by the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application
On the afternoon of April 9, the “Sino-Belarusian Academic Exchange Conference on Intelligent Computing of Image and Medical Applications” hosted by the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application in Zhejiang Province was held in Zhejiang Shuren University. Mr. Ye Shiping, Vice President and Director of the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of Zhejiang Province for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application, made a speech and attended the Conference, and the leaders and teachers of related colleges also attended the Conference.
Prof. Alexander Tuzikov, Corresponding Academician of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences and former Director of the Joint Institute of Information Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Prof. Alexander Nedzvedz of Belarusian State University, and Associate Prof. Volha Nedzvedz of Belarusian State University attended the conference and delivered keynote speeches respectively.
In his speech, Ye Shiping reviewed the fruitful scientific research results achieved since the cooperation with the expert team of Belarus in 2015, with the support of Academician Tuzikov, then president of the Joint Institute of Information Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Academician Alexander Tuzikov, Prof. Alexander Nedzvedz, Associate Prof. Volha Nedzvedz, Associate Prof. Yang Xinli, Dr. Sun Qingrong, Dr. Yang Keda and graduate student Fu Zhiyong reported their research achievements respectively.
Academician Alexander Tuzikov summarized the academic conference. He highly appreciated the academic Exchange Conference of the International Cooperation Base for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application, sincerely thanked the base for creating various exchange opportunities, which were mutually beneficial for both parties, and hoped to further deepen and expand cooperation on this basis, to make more achievements.
