The academic exchange between China and Republic of Belarus cannot be hindered by epidemic conditions. School of Information Science and Technology and Department of Research and Development of Russia University of Information and Radio held the “Cloud Exchange Meeting for Key Technologies of Information Security aiming at Intelligent Health Maintenance” in Room 607 of the Book and Information Building of our university on May 6, 2020. Experts and scholars from China and Republic of Belarus gathered for research, discussion and exchange of technologies. The meeting was held by Professor Ren Tiaojuan, dean of School of Information Science and Technology, and Dr. Jiang Wei.

Firstly, Anatoly Osipov, vice president of Russia University of Information and Radio, attended the cloud meeting, and Professor Chen Jun, vice-president of Zhejiang Shuren University, and Anatoly Osipov gave speeches on behalf of the two universities. According to Vice-president Chen, the university always laid emphasis on international scientific cooperation and exchange, and regarded Republic of Belarus as the most important partner with the “Belt and Road” initiative, and always promoted the cooperation. School of Information Science and Technology has positively developed joint construction and research of “International Scientific Cooperation Base for Remote Image Processing and Application between China and Republic of Belarus” and “Research Center of Image Processing between China and Republic of Belarus” with Belarusian State University and Russia University of Information and Radio, with favorable achievements. He believed that the cloud meeting would promote related parties to deepen understand and facilitate friendship and cooperation, which would lead to abundant achievements in the future. Hu Jianwei, head of Department of International Exchange attended the meeting.

Secondly, Ren Tiaojuan, dean of School of Information Science and Technology of Zhejiang Shuren University introduced the conditions of the school and the basic conditions about international project cooperation by Chinese governments. Then representatives of Russia University of Information and Radio gave an academic report with the theme of “Locator for detection of illegal information retrieval devices”, and Dr. Jiang Wei from School of Information Science and Technology gave an academic report with the theme of “Intelligent Health Maintenance and Information Security”, and experts conducted in-depth discussion about the themes, with favorable exchanges and interaction, to start a new era for intelligent health maintenance.

The cloud academic forum will lay a good foundation for construction of research teams of related fields and promotion of sustainable academic works. Members of related teams will strengthen communication and conduct joint research on suitable themes, to promote research in related fields after the meeting. It is wished that Zhejiang Shuren University will have a better prospect!
