The online signing ceremony between our university and Aeronautical University of Pakistan was conducted in Room 312 of the Administration Building in the afternoon of November 17. Li Lu, President of the university, Chen Zhi, Executive Deputy Director of the academic board of the university, Yan Hong, Dean of School of Management, Wang Yun, section chief of International Exchange, Tao Fangming, Director of the teaching and research office of management of public services of School of Management, Ye Zhixiao, department head of Property Management, Dr. Wasi Yul Hassan Shah, a Pakistan assistant professor of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Muhammad Amir, a Pakistan assistant professor of Interdisciplinary Research Institute, Said Elisar Ali Shah, International Relations Office director, as well as teachers of School of Management such as Amir Ishak, Mohammed Hiran, Abdul Hafiz Qazi and Muhammad Rafik attended the signing ceremony.
Firstly, according to speech of Li Lu, the two universities have many similarities in establishment background as well as disciplines and fields such as computer, artificial intelligence, engineering and medicine, with wide cooperation prospect. In addition, two excellent Pakistan young doctors have worked as a teacher and a researcher in School of Management and Interdisciplinary Research Institute in our university so far.
Chen Zhi, executive deputy director of the Academic Committee of the university signed on the Memorandum of Cooperation on behalf of the university at the conference.
Established in 2002, Aeronautical University of Pakistan is a young and multidisciplinary comprehensive university. The main campus is situated in Islamabad of Pakistan, and there are two functional campuses, i.e., Campus of Aerospace situated in Qamra and Multan Campus. Aeronautical University of Pakistan has 14 departments and 7 schools, and has 61 specialties including undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral candidate courses. The rank of Aeronautical University of Pakistan in national QS has been improved to 13 in 2021 within 19 years. In addition, in the ranking of efforts for sustainable development made by universities, Aeronautical University of Pakistan ranked the 43rdplace in all the universities all over the world.
