On November 30, 2017, Ye Shipingping, Vice Principal of Zhejiang Shuren University met with visiting Vice Principal David Cobham and Ian Scowen, Dean of Chemical College of University of Lincoln.

The two sides discussed the inter-university communication, teacher training, teacher visits, students exchange, academic cooperation and other cooperation modes, and reached a number of cooperative intentions.

During the visit, David Cobham gave a lecture on "Multi-drive Robot Companion" for teachers and students of the School of Information Science and Technology, and Ian Scowen gave a lecture on "Solid State Chemistry" for teachers and students of the School of Biology and Environmental Engineering.
