On October 13, 2017, Ye Shiping, Vice Principal of Zhejiang Shuren University, met with visiting Vice Principal of Shizuoka Sangyo University, Tomohiro HORIKAWA and his entourage.

The two sides reviewed the course of exchanges and cooperation between the two schools, and said that they will develop more in-depth and extensive cooperation at the levels of teacher visits, exchange students, scientific research and teaching.

During the visit, Tomohiro HORIKAWA and his entourage participated in the discussing meeting on "Zhejiang Shuren University-Shizuoka Sangyo University 2.5+2 Dual Degree Overseas Student Cooperation Program". The two sides focused on in-depth discussion on the entrance examination, mutual recognition of credits and degree award of the dual degree program, and worked out a draft memorandum on cooperation between the two schools.
