From September 4 to 5, 2016, the G20 Summit was held in Hangzhou. 14 people from the Korean delegation reception group of Zhejiang Shuren University, 12 people from the "Xiao Qing He" volunteer service team and 3 people from the financial channel deputy consultation meeting liaison team participated in the reception service and successfully completed the reception service tasks.

Korean delegation reception group was composed of 14 teachers and was responsible for reception of the delegations of the Korean President and Vice President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadors.

12 students of the "Xiao Qing He" volunteer team received 188-day closed training, and participated in more than 20 bilateral meetings and several banquet preparation and service during the G20 period.

Three teachers of the financial channel deputy consultation meeting liaison team participated in the preparatory work of the financial deputy consultation meetings of the delegations of Japan, France and India.
