From June 23 to July 5, 2019, a delegation of student management backbone teachers from Zhejiang Shuren University visited Belarus to participate in the "Backbone Teacher Training of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the Background of Industry-Education Integration" at the Belarusian State University.

The training course integrated the macro-theory introduction, the management experience discussion, the realistic case analysis, the teaching field experience, the field visit and so on.

Through the training, the members of the delegation obtained a relatively comprehensive understanding of the management system of university students, the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship, the employment practice of graduates, the competition of students and the culture of dormitory areas in Belarus under the background of industry-education integration.
