From April 8 to 12, 2019, Zhang Qing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Shuren University, led a delegation of five people to visit University of Lincoln and Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.

Zhang Qing signed a memorandum of cooperation with University of Lincoln on behalf of the school. The two schools will cooperate in the areas of mutual visits between teachers and students, academic research, and bachelor-master joint training.

The delegation also reached a preliminary agreement with Oxford Brookes University on cooperation in graduate training, scientific research and curriculum development.
