On November 26, 2016, Shuenn-Ren Cheng, Vice Principal of Cheng Shiu University, Chuang-Cian Ciou, Vice Principal of Feng Chia University, Ruei-Chao Chen, Professor of Institute of Applied Statistics of Fu Jen Catholic University, and student representatives of Cheng Shiu University were invited to participate in the "Second Cross-Strait Symposium on Teaching and Application of Management Statistics" sponsored by the School of Management of Zhejiang Shuren University.

Shuenn-Ren Cheng, Chuang-Cian Ciou and Ruei-Chao Chen respectively made thematic reports entitled "Qualitative Research Method - Observation Method", "Teaching Excellence Plan Implementation Method and Effectiveness" and "Production and Application of Quality Circle Rounding".

In the second chapter of "Youth Student Forum", the two groups of students of Cheng Shiu University reported on the topics of "Taiwan New Minshuku Entrepreneurship Analysis" and "Taiwan Mask Market Analysis".
