On January 10, 2019, Principal Xu Xuqing and Vice Principal Chen Jun of Zhejiang Shuren University went to Dalian to participate in the activities of the Belarus Education Year sponsored by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education of Belarus and hosted by the Dalian University of Technology. At the opening ceremony, they signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between China and Belarus Youth Forum with the Belarusian State University.
