From June 20, 2016 to July 2, 2016, Zhang Qing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Shuren University, led a team of 14 teachers to participate in the second phase of teacher training in Belarusian State University, with the theme of "Transformation and Promotion of Teachers in Characteristic Applied Colleges and Universities".

The training team participated in courses conducted by the Principal of the Belarusian State University, the Vice Principal of scientific research, the Vice Principal of academic studies, the Vice Principal of students and experts and professors of departments such as personnel management, teaching management, international exchange and Confucius Institute.

During the training period, the two universities signed the Memorandum on Further Deepening Cooperation between Education and Scientific Research between Zhejiang Shuren University and Belarusian State University, and agreed to jointly establish the China-Belarus College of Science and Technology.
