On October 17, 2018, Principal Xu Xuqing of Zhejiang Shuren University met with visiting Principal Larry Rosia of Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Canada and his party.

The two sides discussed the future cooperation projects of the two schools, especially in the fields of business and finance, health science and nursing, hotel and tourism, public service and community security, information and communication technology, transportation and architecture, and put forward many feasible cooperation programs.

Xu Xuqing and Larry Rosia subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two schools.
