From June 19to July 1, 2018, a team of 14 backbone teachers from Zhejiang Shuren University went to the Belarusian State University to participate in the "Training Course for Backbone Teachers of the Integrated Application Course of Production, Education and Research".

Five university leaders of the Belarusian State University, the Dean of Confucius Institute, the Director General of Teaching and Scientific Methods, the Director General of Personnel and the Director General of Foreign Exchange participated in the lectures. The lectures included macro-introduction, discussion of management experience, sharing of specific projects and visits.

Through the training, the members of the delegation learned more comprehensively about the higher education system and its characteristics in Belarus, learned about the talent training system with obvious features of integration of industry, university and research and application characteristics in Belarusian State University, and successfully completed the expected training objectives and tasks.
