On July 24, 2020, Zhejiang Shuren University and Ukraine's National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute held a video conference and signed an inter-university cooperation framework agreement. The two universities will cooperate in higher education, academic research, international conferences, and mutual visits between teachers and students.
