On November 5, 2015, at the invitation of Cheng Shiu University in Taiwan, a group of three members including Zhang Qing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Shuren University, participated in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Cheng Shiu University.

The invitation to attend the school celebration further consolidated the friendship and cooperation between the two schools and deepened the educational and cultural exchanges between the two schools.

During the period, Zhang Qing had exchanges with representatives of Peking University, Kansai University of Japan, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Fu Jen Catholic University of Taiwan, which participated in the celebration of Cheng Shiu University, and paid a field visit to Taipei Cultural Entrepreneurship Park.
