From March 26 to 31, 2018, Xu Xuqing, Principal of Zhejiang Shuren University, led six members of the two research groups of "China-Belarus Higher Education Policy Research" and "China-Belarus State Relations Research" of Zhejiang Shuren University to visit Belarus.

The delegation visited such government departments and universities as the National Science and Technology Committee of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Higher Education Institute of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian State University and the Institute of modern knowledge of Belarus to carry out cooperative negotiations and research activities, so as to lay a new foundation for more effectively promoting the work of the Belarusian Research Center, a national and regional research center documented by the Ministry of Education, and for a larger and deeper cooperation in education and science and technology oriented to Belarus.
