From January 20 to 21, 2016, Zhejiang Shuren University and Jacksonville University of the United States jointly held the training on "Improving Cadre Leadership and Communication Ability", focusing on the theme of administrative management leadership and communication effectiveness in administrative management in institutions of higher learning.

Don Capener, visiting Dean of Davis College of Business, and Professor Sandra Dean of Jacksonville University delivered the training lectures. Nearly 80 middle-level cadres of Zhejiang Shuren University participated in the training.
