Zhou Xiaoying had excellent performance when she studied in the university. She studied abroad in Brookes University in Oxford in 2002 after she graduated, and created Sino Education in Hangzhou in 2011 when she returned to China. She has developed Sino Education to a leading institution for minority language training industry in Zhejiang with 10 years.
