The International Forum on Property Management and Community-level Social Governance was Held in Hangzhou. With the theme of "New Era, New Property, New Governance", this forum was hosted by Zhejiang Shuren University, organized by the School of Management of our university, and co-organized by China Academy of Non-government Higher Education, and the Academic Committee of Chartered Institute of Housing China. Fifty experts and scholars from Canada, Romania, South Korea and other countries, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Shuren University, Guangzhou University and Chartered Institute of Housing attended the forum.

Experts from home and abroad reported the latest research results on property management, the development trend of property management technology, and the shared governance of urban communities in China in the era of epidemic. Liu Guangzhong, Member of CIH, pointed out the data highly related to property management and community-level social governance; Chen Dehao, Member of the National Steering Committee of Vocational Education and Teaching in Housing and Construction Industry and Professor of Guangzhou University, talked about the issues related to the integration of property management into community-level social governance; Professor Qu Liang of Zhejiang Gongshang University discussed the dynamic process mechanism of shared governance in urban communities in China, using the case of Greentown Happiness Lane as a case study. Through listening to experts' speeches and round-table discussions, attendees were able to appreciate the cutting-edge research of various countries and regions, and reshape the concept of property management, and reached consensus on many aspects through theoretical discussion and data analysis on the integration of property management into community-level social governance.

At the meeting, Zhejiang Shuren University and Binjiang Service Group held the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation letter of intent of the "Binjiang Class", name board awarding ceremony and appointment ceremony of guest professors and lecturers.
