On the morning of June 17th, Liao Huayue - School of Management Party Committee Secretary, along with Ye Zhixiao and Zhou Yixiang - representatives from the property management major’s Teaching and Research Office-visited Zhejiang Gangwan Property Services to discuss, and ultimately formally signing, auniversity-enterprise partnership.

At the signing ceremony, Liu Jia-Zhejiang Gangwan’s Executive-Deputy General Manager, briefly introduced the company’s development and current situation,and hoped that Zhejiang Gangwan would become a platform that allowed Shuren’s property management to apply theories into practice, and test students’ learning outcomes through practice in, helping them grow into the new-type talents of property management more in line with the needs of the society.

Liao Hua yue recognized the achievements of Zhejiang Gangwan Property Services, emphasizing that Shuren University has always communicated and cooperated with outstanding companies with full cooperation.Furthermore,The School of Management is exploring new methods of developing practical abilities through education. There are more opportunities for in-depth cooperation with Zhejiang Gangwan through scientific research projects, talent training, the introduction of industry teachers, and employee training.

The signing ceremony and the awarding ceremony of the training base nameboard were held after the meeting, marking that both parties have officially established their university-enterprise cooperation.
