On Sep. 08, the National Natural Science Foundation of China released the results of the programs supported by a grant from 2022 National Natural Science Fund on its official website. 6 programs of our university got approved, including 2 general programs and 4 youth science fund programs, involving a total of 4 fields: 1 for the field of life sciences, 1 for the field of medical sciences, 3 for the field of earth sciences, and 1 for the field of engineering and materials science, and both the number and the funding of the approved programs reached a new high in the history of our university.

In recent years, our university has attached great importance to the application of national research programs. The leaders pay high attention to improve the quality of the applications for national natural science fund through the establishment of talent research start-up fees, basic business fees of the university, point-to-point counseling and a series of measures, which has laid a good foundation for the fruitful results achieved in the applications for National Natural Science Fund.
