The applied chemistry is a university-level key major. It is committed to cultivating senior application-oriented talents whom own a wide range of knowledge and strong hands-on ability accept basic training in analysis and testing, chemical green synthesis and efficient separation, and can be engaged in product synthesis, analysis and testing in related fields such as medicine, chemical industry, and environmental protection. This major requires students to master the basic knowledge of modern chemistry and chemical engineering, engineering technology and experimental skills, fully grasp the large-scale instrument testing technology, and have a certain knowledge of management, economics, information science and law; have a strong ability of foreign language and computer skills. Food Science and Engineering
Food science and engineering is auniversity-level key major.
