In April 2014, the School of Foreign Languages held another cultural exchange salon after the English dubbing competition. The students from the School of Urban Construction, the School of Art, and the international students from the School of International Education were specially invited to participate in this interactive teaching practice activity. The theme of this cultural salon is "Meeting Friends with Music and Dancing". After the teachers and students performed traditional Chinese Shaoxing opera and the dance of the Dai nationality, and played the traditional Chinese music instruments such as Guzheng and Erhu, the overseas students also performed improvisational songs and dances of their own countries, letting everyone enjoy the performance with rich exotic style.
