Science and Technology Today reported on the Development of Zhejiang Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application

Recently, Science and Technology Today reported on the development of Zhejiang Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Remote Sensing Image Processing and Application (hereinafter referred to as “the base”) of our university.

In this report, our university’s cooperation with higher education institutions and research institutes in Belarus on education, science and technology, and human resources over the past ten years has been reviewed, as we have been actively implementing the “Belt and Road” Cooperation Initiative put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, including the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. The base has expanded from cooperation with Belarusian State University to cooperation with more universities and research institutes in Belarus, focusing on theoretical innovations in the field of intelligent image computing research, and emphasizing applied scientific and technological research and the transformation of research results.

It is also learned that the base ranked the 11th place among 107 provincial international science and technology cooperation bases in the assessment organized by the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province.
