The School of Information Science and Technology Won the Second Prize of the Scientific Research Achievement Award of the Ministry of Civil Affairs
Recently, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China issued the Notification of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the Award of Theoretical Research on Civil Policies in 2023 (MH (2023) No. 82). The theoretical research program of civil policies of Zhejiang undertaken by the team of Yang Xiaobo, a teacher from the School of Information Science and Technology: “Research on the Value Mining of Data Resources of Civil Affairs in Zhejiang Province”, was awarded the second prize of 2023 Civil Affairs Policy Theory Research Achievements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs through the joint efforts of the team members. In this achievement, the team initially proposed a value mining system for data resources of civil affairs in Zhejiang Province, established a reasonable and effective data property right and distribution system by analyzing the data sharing, openness and governance mechanism, and created a healthy and orderly environment for the use of digital rights and interests, analyzed the challenges in the security of the big data of civil affairs, and put forward the construction contents and main solutions of the big data security management system for civil affairs in view of the bottleneck and difficulty of the big data security management of civil affairs in Zhejiang Province.
In the evaluation of scientific research achievements, a total of 2,363 papers were submitted by the national civil affairs system and scientific research institutions of universities, and 45 first prizes, 132 second prizes and 187 third prizes were awarded by experts organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The research achievements of the team of our university were recognized by the experts and awarded the second prize.
