Recently, the Education Department of Zhejiang Province has announced the list of the books selected into the Library of Excellent Works of Philosophy and Social Science in Universities of Zhejiang Province. Prof. Xu Xuqing's monograph Research on the System and Development Policy of Private Colleges and Universities was selected into the Library of Excellent Works of Philosophy and Social Science in Universities of Zhejiang Province. In order to actively help universities enhance the social influence of their philosophical and social science research achievements, the Education Department of Zhejiang Province has launched the project of "the Library of Excellent Works of Philosophy and Social Science in Universities of Zhejiang Province". Each university selected excellent books and popular readings with important innovations in results, important theoretical or practical values, significant promotion of academic development or solving practical problems, great influence at home and abroad, wide acclaim from all walks of life, and academic level comparable to the standard of the First Prize of Philosophy and Social Science of Zhejiang Province since January 1, 2018. It is reported that a total of 100 works were selected from universities in our province.

The Library of Excellent Works of Philosophy and Social Science in Universities of Zhejiang Province is established with the aim of promoting teacher training and consolidating academic foundation, and plays a significant role in promoting academic development of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities or solving practical problems.
