In order to accomplish a good job in managing the academic life and safety of students who stay on campus this summer, and to ensure that they can spend a healthy, satisfying and safe vacation, the college has set up a leading group of education management service headed by the college leaders for these students during the vacation. Also, a detailed plan for on-campus students has been made. This year, there are 416 students staying on campus. Among them, 146 students are preparing for graduate school entrance exams, 29 of them are participating in school-enterprise cooperations, and 241 of them are participating in various science and technology competitions and trainings.
At the time of typhoon "fireworks", Vice President Zhang Denghui, Vice Secretary Ding Jianlong and other teachers visited students' residential halls to check their learning and living environment, and gave out gifts and favors to cheer them up. At the same time, they urged the students to take necessary measures to prevent and control the COVID pandemic and ensure their personal safety under the recent typhoon weather.
