In the afternoon of September 7th, the School of Information Science and Technology invited Zhou Zhihu, Deputy General Manager of Greentown Future Digital Intelligence Technology Limited, to give a lecture on The Main Construction Content and Key Technology of the Future Community Digital Platform to some teachers and all PhDs at ZJSRU. The lecture was hosted by Professor Wang Zhangquan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information Science and Technology.
Zhou Zhihu elaborates on the trinity of digital construction, physical space creation and long-term operation mechanics in the construction of digital city services from the perspective of the integration of future communities, and through digital infrastructure, application scenario implementation and linking the city brain to ultimately achieve these four goals - the development of equalisation of basic public services, modernisation of urban and rural community governance, digital transformation of residents' living services and cultivation digital service for future community.
Zhou Zhihu spoke about the key technologies in the construction of the future community digital platform, such as video centres, AI centres, privacy computing and digital twins. The core points of the video platform are decoupling the device from the platform and decoupling the algorithm from the platform; privacy computing involves many scenarios, such as blockchain-based points subsystem and its application in community governance, privacy protection, multi-level multi-party governance, etc. Digital twin involves forward modelling and reverse modelling. Finally, Zhou Zhihu said that investment in research and development of privacy computing among key technologies is relatively large, and while the school already has a certain foundation in cyber security research, it can consider doing joint algorithm-based research.
After the lecture, the teachers had a lively discussion with Zhou Zhihu on the key issues related to future community key technologies on their own research projects. Secretary Wang Zhangquan concluded that the lecture had a positive effect on the declaration of projects related to the construction of the future community digital platform by the School of Information Science and Technology, and hoped that more teachers would give attention to the research advantages, focus on the actual needs of people's livelihood and participate in the construction of the future community digital platform.
