At the time of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, the Information Platform for Supervision of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education of the Ministry of Education officially announced the approval results for the second half of 2025, presenting our university with a substantial “New Year’s gift”. The undergraduate education program in Property Management, jointly offered by Zhejiang Shuren University and the University of Wolverhampton in the UK (4+0 model, dual degrees), has been successfully approved. This marks a historic “zero breakthrough” for our university in the field of Sino-foreign cooperative undergraduate education since its founding over 40 years ago, inaugurating a new chapter in internationalized education. The program is of a “4+0” dual-degree cultivation model, enabling students to complete their entire studies on campus while earning bachelor’s degrees from both Chinese and British institutions. By deeply integrating the high-quality curriculum systems and faculty resources of both universities, the program is dedicated to cultivating high-level professionals proficient in modern property management, equipped with exceptional international perspectives and practical skills.

The successful approval of this program is a key achievement of the university’s steadfast commitment to advancing its internationalization strategy and actively integrating into the broader landscape of educational openness. It not only significantly enriches the university’s educational levels and professional structure, providing students with a superior international education platform, but also injects strong momentum into the university’s efforts to introduce advanced overseas educational concepts, deepen teaching reforms, and enhance its overall educational strength and social influence. Taking this program as a benchmark, the university will continue to expand high-level and substantive international exchanges and cooperation, persistently drive educational and teaching innovation, and lay a more solid international foundation for building a distinctive high-level application-oriented university.
