On May 19, 2017, the 2nd International Chinese-Belarusian Youth Forum was held at the Yangxunqiao Campus of Zhejiang Shuren University. The forum was cosponsored by Zhejiang Shuren University, Belarusian State University and Shaoxing Municipal People's Government, with the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Education, and the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs of Zhejiang Province as the guiding organizations. The theme of the forum is "Green, Ecology and Future--Chinese and Belarusian Youth Talking about the‘Two Mountains’Theory", focusing on green development and discussing the "Two Mountains" theory. In the forum, Andrei Kosovsky, the First Vice Chairman of the Belarusian National Science and Technology Committee, Sergey Ablameyko, the President of the Belarusian State University, Zhu Xinjie, the Deputy Director General of the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province, Li Yong, the Director of the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs of Zhejiang Province, and Zhang Qing, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Shuren University, delivered speeches. Nearly 300 young scholars from the Belarusian State University, Jacksonville University of the United States, Shizuoka Sangyo University of Japan, Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang Shuren University and other domestic and foreign universities and business circles attended the forum.
