The final of Huawei College Student ICT Contest of China Region of 2019 hosted by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. was held in Bantian Huawei Base Headquarters in Shenzhen on May 22. The contest attracted nearly 20000 college students from more than 500 universities and colleges in 31 provinces, cities and municipalities of the whole country, including the team of our university.

During the preliminary contests in eastern contest regions (Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shandong), three students of ourschool, i.e., Fu Jiahuan, He Ganggang and Zhang Lingxiao, had good performance, Zhejiang Shuren University and Taizhou University were the only two team selected into the national final of the Cloud Infrastructure Contest and the Enterprise Network Contest among all eastern contest region teams, and totally 25 teams entered into the final.

Hard work pays off. During the final, the three students experienced the tests of the extreme practice contest for 8 hours, and finally won the third prize of Huawei College Student ICT Contest of China Region of 2019 (Cloud Infrastructure Contest), showing their level and style. At the same time, the contest strengthened their understanding on industry trends and technology development orientations and improved application and learning of theoretical knowledge.
