On April 12, 2024, Director Wang Xianju of the Belarus Research Center, along with Yang Liping and Shou Jiarui, participated online in the Russia-China Sociological Association Conference hosted jointly by Saint Petersburg University, Saint Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television, and the Russia-China Social, Economic, and Political Comparative Studies Center at Saint Petersburg State University. The theme of the conference was “Modern Educational Systems in Russia and China”.

The conference attracted nearly a hundred experts from Russia, China, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and other countries, who delivered insightful speeches on contemporary education issues in Russia and China.
