On the afternoon of December 5, a visiting group led by Park Soo-jin, Dean of the International Exchange College of Sehan University in South Korea, and Deputy Dean Liao Xuan, visited our university for cooperation negotiations. Vice President Ye Shiping met with Dean Park Soo-jin and other visitors cordially and attended the cooperation exchange meeting between both universities. Wang Yun, Director of the Office of International Exchange, and Li Jianliang, Dean of the School of Humanity and Foreign Languages, also attended the meeting.

Vice President Ye Shiping extended a warm welcome to Dean Park Soo-jin and other visitors. He reviewed the history of friendly exchange and cooperation between both universities for more than 20 years, expressing his hope that both universities could further expand cooperation areas, strengthen cooperation in disciplines and scientific research, establish joint research institutions, jointly apply for intergovernmental research programs, and promote their cooperation to a new level.

Dean Park Soo-jin conveyed the sincerest congratulations from President Lee Seung-hoon on the 40th anniversary of our university. She expressed that both universities shared a long history of communication and deep friendship, and Sehan University was willing to continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperate with Shuren University to jointly train talents adaptable to the new era and to realize the value of higher education.

At the meeting, both parties also discussed the joint education program of master's degrees for current students. Through offering high-quality master’s degree programs, Chinese and Korean teachers jointly conduct teaching and research to further improve the training and education level of master’s degree programs in our university.
